一種直流控制電源級(jí)差配合試驗(yàn)滅弧異常的分析及處理

摘 要 :發(fā)電廠的直流系統(tǒng)級(jí)差配合試驗(yàn)可以驗(yàn)證直流系統(tǒng)中斷路器的型號(hào)、過流保護(hù)動(dòng)作值及不同層級(jí)斷路器是否滿足要求。對(duì)某發(fā)電廠6 kV直流系統(tǒng)控制回路斷路器進(jìn)行級(jí)差配合試驗(yàn),在試驗(yàn)過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)本級(jí)直流斷路器斷開過程中滅弧存在異?,F(xiàn)象,通過查閱并分析說明書等資料,推斷出本級(jí)直流 斷路器的電源側(cè)正負(fù)極線接反是可能導(dǎo)致滅弧存在異常的原因。在更改接線后,重新對(duì)控制回路斷路器進(jìn)行級(jí)差配合試驗(yàn),在試驗(yàn)過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)直流斷路器斷開時(shí)滅弧正常,驗(yàn)證了分析的正確,試驗(yàn)取得了成功。

Analysis and Handling of Arc Extinction Anomalies During Step Coordination Testing of DC Control Power Supply

Abstract: The DC system step coordination test in power plants can verify whether the circuit breaker models, overcurrent protection trip values, and the different hierarchical circuit breakers in the DC system meet the specified requirements. In this paper, a hierarchical coordination test was conducted on the 6 kV DC system control circuit breakers in a power plant. During the test, an abnormal arc extinction phenomenon was observed during the tripping process of the local DC circuit breaker. Through consultation and analysis of manuals and other materials, it was inferred that reverse connection of the positive and negative power supply wires on the source side of the local DC circuit breaker might be the cause of the abnormal arc extinction behavior. After correcting the wiring, the step coordination test was repeated on the control circuit breakers. The subsequent test confirmed normal arc extinction performance during circuit breaker tripping, thereby validating the analysis, and confirming the test’s successtion.
