一起斷路器二次回路設計隱患分析與改進

    摘 要:變電站內斷路器隨著運行年限、操作次數(shù)的增長,其二次元件逐漸老化,由于設計方面考慮不足引起的弊端逐漸暴露。從一起斷路器重合閘失敗的案例引入,介紹了二次回路絕緣、缺陷復現(xiàn)等現(xiàn)場檢查情況,對分閘線圈勵磁異常原因及液壓機構快速泄壓原因進行了分析,最終發(fā)現(xiàn)故障源頭來自該型號斷路器二次回路設計存在接點間電壓互串的隱患,并針對性提出一種避免輔助開關電壓互串的改進措施。經過對保護功能進行測試,測試結果合格,表明該舉措在實際應用中具有可操作性強、簡單高效的優(yōu)勢,為老舊設備消除缺陷、排除故障提供了一種新方法,也為新設備設計提供了新思路。

Analysis and Improvement of Hidden Danger Hazard in the
Secondary Circuit Design of a Circuit Breaker

    Abstract: With the increase of service life and operation times of circuit breakers in substations, their secondary components gradually age, and the drawbacks caused by insufficient design considerations are gradually exposed. Starting from a case of circuit breaker reclosing failure, this paper introduces the on-site inspection conditions such as secondary circuit insulation and defect reproduction, analyzes the causes of abnormal excitation of the opening coil and rapid pressure relief of the hydraulic mechanism, and finally finds that the source of the fault is the hidden danger of voltage cross-talk between contacts in the secondary circuit design of this type of circuit breaker. A targeted improvement measure to avoid voltage cross-talk of auxiliary switches is proposed. After testing the protection function, the test results are qualified, indicating that this measure has the advantages of strong operability, simplicity and high efficiency in practical application. It provides a new method for eliminating defects and troubleshooting of old equipment, and also offers new ideas for the design of new equipment.
