基于復(fù)合觀測器的PMSM模糊控制

    摘 要:針對永磁同步電機(jī)(PMSM)傳統(tǒng)無傳感器控制存在轉(zhuǎn)速超調(diào)嚴(yán)重、抖振明顯和抗負(fù)載擾動能力差的現(xiàn)象,提出一種復(fù)合龍伯格觀測器和滑??刂频哪:刂撇呗浴=Y(jié)合積分滑模面和任意階齊次高階滑??刂圃O(shè)計(jì)了新型的滑模速度控制器,并運(yùn)用模糊控制進(jìn)行優(yōu)化;狀態(tài)觀測器采用龍伯格觀測器,并設(shè)計(jì)非奇異快速終端滑模面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,同時(shí)加入狀態(tài)反饋誤差微分項(xiàng)進(jìn)一步提升觀測速度和魯棒性;通過新型滑模轉(zhuǎn)矩觀測器進(jìn)行前饋補(bǔ)償,以增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)的抗負(fù)載擾動能力。仿真結(jié)果表明,新型控制策略保證響應(yīng)速度的同時(shí),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)速零超調(diào),有效抑制抖振,提升了系統(tǒng)的抗負(fù)載擾動能力和魯棒性。

Fuzzy Control of PMSM Based on Composite Observer

    Abstract: Aiming at the phenomena of severe speed overshoot, obvious chattering and poor anti-load disturbance ability in traditional sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), a fuzzy control strategy combining composite Luenberger observer and sliding mode control is proposed. A new sliding mode speed controller is designed by combining integral sliding mode surface and arbitrary-order homogeneous high-order sliding mode control, and optimized by fuzzy control; the state observer adopts Luenberger observer,optimized by designing a non-singular fast terminal sliding mode surface, and a state feedback error differential term is added to further improve observation speed and robustness; feed forward compensation is carried out through a new sliding mode torque observer to enhance the system's anti-load disturbance ability. Simulation results show that the new control strategy can achieve zero speed overshoot while ensuring response speed, effectively suppress chattering, and improve the system's anti-load disturbance ability and robustness.
